Dear Russel, I apologize for the delay in writing but I wanted to thank you. The overlock (Brother 1034d) has reached the 11th January in Cagliari, Italy, it is perfect! There was only a slight delay due to the holidays but I was able to follow through traceability. The threads kit, scissors and all the rest have been very welcome :) The only particular thing was that I did not find inside, along with instruction booklet, a sheet with the operation of the guarantee of the Brother, but I informed and there are no problems, for them the receipt is enough, and they gave me the manual in Italian. I am writing to thank you for delivering my new sewing machine which I am very happy with but also want to commend you on the excellent service received. I had phoned in advance of placing my order to state which day I wanted delivery as I did not want it delivered the following day but a day later in the week which suited me. The gentleman I spoke to took my details and said he would amend my order when it came through (though I doubted this would happen!) However I received an email and text message on the day of delivery informing me in advance of the hour slot when it would be delivered. It duly arrived within that time frame. I think it is only proper to commend you on this excellent service and will recommend your company to friends and family - I already know of one person interested in the same machine and expect an order to be placed. Comments: Just to let you know that the machine I ordered arrived exactly on time at 1pm. I have been very impressed at the service and the updates about delivery which were very helpful indeed. The machine itself was bought as a back up for a 603 which I purchased locally 18 months ago but having tried this one out, although it is not computerised, it is very nice to use, sounds good and stitches extremely well. I can see this being used much more than I had anticipated.
